LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR INK AND SEALED

Welcome to Ink and Sealed. by accessing or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the License terms and conditions outlined below.

Definitions

The Bankable Blueprint: Refers to our company, Ink and Sealed, LLC, the provider of digital products that you can edit, customize and resell.

Private Label Rights Products: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and sell as your own - WITHOUT the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.

Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and sell as your own - WITH the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.

You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from Ink & Sealed, LLC.

License

Upon obtaining Ink and Sealed Products, you are granted a license to resell them. You have the authority to modify, rebrand, and sell these products within the confines of this agreement.

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR RESELLING THE DIGITAL MRR BUNDLE

You are not allowed to resell the Digital MRR bundle as-is for a price below $497. This is to ensure that the market is fair for every bundle reseller. If you cannot respect this minimum price requirement, please do NOT purchase this bundle.

 You are not allowed to resell the Digital MRR bundle with the same name as "Digital MRR Bundle and or The Bankable Blueprint". This name is the intellectual property of Ink and Sealed and cannot be used while reselling.

Earnings Disclaimer

 Ink and Sealed, LLC bears no responsibility for the financial outcomes, whether gains or losses, resulting from the resale of our products. We do not guarantee specific earnings, success or results by using our products.

Content & Design Quality

While we strive for excellence, we cannot assure perfection in our products. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and quality of the products before selling them.

Liabilities

Ink and Sealed holds no liability for issues arising from the use, sale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.

Termination

The Bankable Blueprint and Ink and Sealed reserves the right to terminate your license to sell our products if non-compliance with these terms is identified. In the event of termination, immediate cessation of product distribution is required.

Modification of Terms

The Bankable Blueprint and Ink and Sealed may alter these terms without prior notice. Regular monitoring for updates is advised.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, and any disputes shall be exclusively adjudicated by the courts there.
