This license applies to digital products purchased directly through this site — currently the Edit (digital flipbook and printable PDF) and content made available through OOO Traders Club membership (including ChartFlow and related tools). It does not apply to custom client deliverables from a web design or strategy engagement, which are covered instead by our Terms of Use.
When you purchase a digital product from Ink & Sealed Studio, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that product for your own personal use. This is a license to use the product, not a transfer of ownership — Ink & Sealed Studio retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content itself.
Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, or post the full content of a purchased digital product elsewhere (including file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or bulk email). You also may not use purchased content to train machine learning or AI models. Brief excerpts and quotes for personal, non-commercial reference are fine.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, typically via an unlock link or account access. You’re responsible for keeping that access method (link, login, or purchase confirmation) safe. Membership content, including ChartFlow and market commentary, is licensed for your personal use for as long as your membership remains active, and is provided for informational and educational purposes only — not financial advice.
