Project fees are outlined in the client proposal. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a project start date. Remaining balances are due per the payment schedule in the signed agreement. Work may be paused or deliverables withheld if payment is overdue by more than seven (7) calendar days.
Retainer services are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled in writing with 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees already billed for the current cycle are not refunded.
Custom lettering and correspondence orders (including holiday mail-order pieces) require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your order, consistent with the deposit terms above — each piece is handwritten to order and cannot be resold. Orders cancelled before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, at our discretion.
The Edit and other digital publications sold through this site (flipbook and PDF access) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been unlocked. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll look into it.
The Edit — OOO Traders Edition is a monthly membership. You may cancel anytime from your account, which stops future billing; we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period once it has started.
