Information submitted through this website — including contact forms, booking requests, newsletter sign-ups, and account creation for member areas (such as the OOO Traders Club) — is collected directly from you. This may include your name, email address, and any message or project details you choose to share. If you book a session, our calendar tools also collect the scheduling details needed to confirm and manage the appointment.
Information you submit is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, managing our business relationship, delivering purchased digital products, and administering member accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site relies on a small set of trusted third-party services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for account authentication and data storage, Google Calendar for session scheduling, and Resend for transactional email. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security policies; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
